Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Company representatives will receive you on arrival at the international airport in Delhi late in the night or midnight as per your North India Wildlife Tours Package. Transfer to your hotel. Relax. Overnight will be at Delhi. Delhi is just not a city but it is a book-- a book which narrates the history of India. The city was built and destroyed seven times and has been witness to the various events which has brought India through the history books. Seven times this city went through the pain of being built and rebuilt. Today as the capital of India Delhi is the seat of administration and the monuments which tell the saga of a bygone era stand there. These icons are testimony to the grandeur of past and also an attraction for the tourists. With an area of 1483 sq. Kms, Delhi is all set to acquire full statehood. The charm of Delhi has attracted Emperors, Conquerors and poor in equally. It is correctly said that Delhi is a land of 'Dilwalas' or for people with heart. This phrase acquires a true colour when one goes around the lanes of Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi - Jaipur

Proceed to Jaipur after breakfast. Relax in the evening or visit the markets. Overnight will be at Jaipur.
Jaipur, the vibrant capital of Rajasthan, is popularly known as the ' Pink City ' because of the pink-coloured buildings in its old city. It sits on a dry lake bed in a somewhat arid landscape, surrounded by barren hills surmounted by forts and crenellated walls. This buzzing metropolis is certainly a place of wild contrasts and a feast for the eyes. All through, Jaipur has retained its strong Rajputana flavour tempered by several influences - the mughal being the most prominent. The region's strong cultural heritage is distinctly evident even today. The city is a visitor's delight. From the intricate, delicate looking Hawa Mahal to the graphic forms of the Jantar Mantar - an open air observatory of outsized astronomical instruments, the Badi Chaupar lined with shops and business establishments on both sides to the majestic fort-palace at Amber; from the colorful fountains of life to the sublime Birla Temple; from the architectural delight of the City Palace to the serene Jal Mahal.

Day 03: Jaipur - Ranthambore

Proceed for a morning excursion to Amber Fort after breakfast. Elephant ride ascent to the fort. Latter drive to Ranthambore, cheek in resort. Overnight will be at resort.

Day 04: Ranthambore

Breakfast will be at the lodge. Proceed for full day game viewing inside the jungle. Overnight will be at the resort. Ranthambore National Park is in Sawai Madhopur District of Rajasthan state.Located at the junction of the Aravalli and Vindhya hill range, this is one of the finest places to view animals, especially as they are used to being stared at here.The park covers an area of Approximately 400 sq Km and if combined it with the area of sawai man singh sanctuary area,it is around 500 Sq km. Ranthambore national park was declared a wildlife sanctuary in 1957 and in 1974 it gained the protection of "Project Tiger". It got it's status of a National Park in 1981.

Day 05: Ranthambore

Breakfast will be at the lodge. Proceed for full day game viewing inside the jungle. Overnight will be at the resort.

Day 06: Ranthambore - Agra

Proceed to Agra after breakfast. Reach Agra. Check in at hotel. Overnight will be at Agra.

Agra is famous as the home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World -the Taj Mahal. The architectural splendor of the mausoleums, the fort and the palaces in Agra is a vivid reminder of the opulence of the legendary Mughal Empire. Agra was their capital for nearly a hundred years from 1564. A pleasant town, with a comparatively easy pace, Agra is known for its superb inlay work on marble and soapstone by artisans who are hereditary craft persons. The city is also famous for its carpets, gold thread embroidery and leather shoes.

Day 07: Agra - Umaria (Bandhavgarh)

Proceed to visit Taj after breakfast. Enjoy battery van ride to the Taj. You will be transferred to station for train to UMARIA. Overnight will be on train. Bandhavgarh is spread at vindhya hills in Madhya Pradesh. Bandhavgarh consists of a core area of 105 sq km and a buffer area of approximately 400 sq km of topography varies between steep ridges, undulating, forest and open meadows. Bandhavgarh is known for the Royal Bengal Tigers The density of the Tiger population at Bandhavgarh is the highest known in India Bandhavgarh National Park was the former hunting preserve of the Maharaja of Rewa and at present is a famous natural hub for White Tigers. White Tigers, now a major attraction around the world's zoos, were first discovered in Rewa, not far from here. This tour will be one of the best wildlife trip in north india of your whole life. The terrain is broken, with rocky hill ranges, running roughly east west, interspersed with grassy swamps and forested valleys.

Day 08: Arrive at Bandhavgarh

Reach UMARIA and transfer to Bandavgarh. Reach and enjoy breakfast. Overnight will be in the lodge.

Day 09: Bandhavgarh

Breakfast will be at the resort. Proceed for full day game viewing inside the jungle. Overnight will be at the resort.

Day 10: Bandhavgarh

Breakfast will be in the lodge. Proceed for full day game viewing inside the jungle. Overnight will be at the resort.

Day 11: Bandhavgarh - Kanha

After breakfast drive to Kanha. Reach in the afternoon and relax at the resort. Overnight will be at the Kanha Resort.

Kanha : There are numerous Tiger reserves in India, that are preserving this ferocious beast, but nowhere can you see them as often, and as regularly as in Kanha National Park. Located in the Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh, Kanha national park cum Tiger reserve extends over an area of over 1,940-sq-kms. The major feature of this region's interesting topography is the horseshoe shape valley and the whole park area is surrounded by the spurs of the Mekal. The Surpan River meanders through Kanha's central Maidans, grasslands that cover the extensive plateau. Steep rocky escrapments along the edges offer breathtaking views of the valley.

Day 12: Kanha

Breakfast will be at the resort. Proceed for full day game viewing inside the jungle. Overnight will be at the resort.

Day 13: Kanha - Nagpur

Proceed for the morning safari into forest. Proceed to NAGPUR after lunch. Reach and relax at the hotel. Overnight will be at Nagpur. In 1861, Nagpur became the capital of the Central Provinces. The advent of the Great Indian Peninsula Railway (GIP) in 1867 spurred its development as a trade centre. After Indian independence, Nagpur became the capital of Madhya Bharat state (C.P. and Berar). In 1960, the marathi majority Vidarbha region was merged with the new state of Maharashtra and Nagpur was designated the second capital of Maharashtra state, alternating with Mumbai (Bombay) as the seat of the Maharashtra state legislature.

Day 14: Nagpur - Delhi

Breakfast will be at hotel. Transfer to airport for flight to Delhi. Spend day relaxing at the hotel or spending time at local markets. Overnight will be at Delhi.

Day 15: Delhi - Home

Proceed for a day tour of Delhi after breakfast. Transfer to your onward destination later.
